McLane to distribute Natural Precepts' energy drink to Circle K in SE

WINNSBORO, La. -- Go Juice is now available at Circle K stores across the Southeast. Distribution will be through the McLane Co.

The product is a new energy drink from Winnsboro, La.-based Natural Precepts.

The berry-like flavor masks a long list of functional/nutritional ingredients, said Natural Precepts. These ingredients include vitamins A, B5, B6, B12 and C, plus Ginseng, Guarana, caffeine, taurine, glucuronolactone, choline and inositol.

The Go Juice brand is known in the convenience store industry [image-nocss] through the Go Juice dietary supplements, sold nationwide, the company said.

Adding an energy drink is a natural extension of the brand, said David Rockhold, president of Natural Precepts. After tasting several of the energy drinks on the market, it was easy to determine that we could differentiate ourselves from the me-too' tastes out there. In our research testing, consumers have preferred the Go Juice taste by as much as 88% against some of the leading brands.

Natural Precepts is a privately owned company established in 2003 to provide new liquid nutritional products.
