Walgreens Dives into Dream Water

Adds relaxation shot to all stores

NEW YORK -- On the heels of its recently expanded retailer distribution, Dream Products LLC announced a new retail alliance with the nation's largest drugstore chain. Walgreens is now carrying the 2.5-oz. Dream Water shot in all of its more than 7,000 stores nationwide.

This relationship effectively expands Dream Water's availability to approximately 10,000 stores across the country within just 10 months of its initial launch in the New York market at Duane Reade, which Walgreens acquired in April. Dream Water is now available to the 70 million sleep-challenged people in [image-nocss] the United States.

Dream Water helps consumers relax and fall asleep. The proprietary formula includes a blend of natural ingredients: GABA (to help relax), Melatonin (to help induce sleep) and 5-htp Tryptophan (to help improve the quality of sleep). The 2.5-oz. Dream Water shot contains zero calories and has no preservatives. It is recommended for use before bedtime and for long flights.

"Just 10 months into our launch, Dream Water is resonating with both consumers and retailers alike," said Adam Platzner, chief marketing officer of Dream Products. "This positive response shows the relevance of our product in the marketplace, as Dream Water helps to fill a significant void in the lives of millions of Americans who suffer from sleep issues."

In addition to Walgreens, Dream Water is available in select Walmart stores and Tri-State area Kmart and Harmon stores. In New York, Dream Water is sold at GNC and Duane Reade, in addition to local neighborhood convenience stores and specialty outlets.

Miami-based Dream Products is the holding company for Dream Water. Dream Products' mission is to produce great-tasting and effective sleep and relaxation products that will help lead to a good night's rest, it said.
