2011 Hess Miniature Helicopter Takes Flight May 27

This year's edition is small-scale replica of 2001 toy
NEW YORK -- Hess Corp. has announced the newest addition to the company's Miniature Truck series--a limited-edition helicopter transporter. As in past years, the truck will be sold exclusively at participating Hess retail stations and stores while supplies last.

Each year, the Miniature Truck series pays tribute to a popular Hess holiday Toy Truck from the past. This year's edition, a small-scale replica of the popular 2001 Hess holiday Helicopter, features: Two motorized spinning rotors. Internal and external lights. A quick-release display base.

The 2011 Hess [image-nocss] Miniature Helicopter Transport goes on sale Friday, May 27, at participating Hess and Hess Express retail stores for $6.99 plus tax, while supplies last; Energizer batteries are included.

The Hess Toy Truck, launched in 1964, is one of the longest running toy brands on the market.
