CARROLLTON, Ga. -- Ten closed convenience stores throughout the western part of Alabama are up for sale. Store locations include five Fayette sites and one site each in Jasper, Hamilton, Aliceville, Gordo and Eutaw.
One of the Fayette sites is a commercial lot with gasoline dispensers, but without a building.
These properties, part of a lender-ordered auction, are commercial locations with good highway or street visibility, according to real-estate auction firm Tranzon Hagen, which is offering the stores for sale.
The auctions are scheduled to be conducted on June 17, 18 and 19.[image-nocss]
