Hostetter Joins Executive Leadership Solutions

Former retailer now industry recruiter

LEHIGH ACRES, Fla. -- Steven Hostetter has joined Executive Leadership Solutions as a senior executive recruiter.

Hostetter joins the executive search firm after previously serving as executive vice president and COO of DB Companies Inc. of Rhode Island and Kangaroo Inc. of Georgia. Hostetter began his career in the convenience store industry as a store manager for Sheetz, where he was later promoted to merchandising manager, regional manager and then director of operations.

After Sheetz, he was the president of his own [image-nocss] chain of 12 convenience stores, Hostetter Oil of Florida. After selling that venture, Hostetter joined Circle K as a division president. During his c-store career, he continued his education by receiving certifications in marketing from the American Management Association.
