Redner's Markets Promotes Two

New COO oversees grocery, c-store divisions

READING, Pa. -- Redner's Markets Inc. recently announced the promotions of Ryan Redner to COO and Frank Fiore to vice president of grocery operations.

Redner joined the company in 1995 and worked in various capacities while attending college. Upon graduation in 1999, he became the director of direct-store delivery operations and was promoted to the board in 2004.

He will have the primary responsibility of overseeing the operations for Redner's Warehouse Market and Quick Shoppe divisions. In addition to overseeing the day-to-day [image-nocss] operations, Redner will continue working on new location expansion, lease negotiations and remodeling projects on current stores. Redner will report to the company president and CEO Richard Redner.

Fiore joined Redner's in 1991 as a store manager and has risen through various supervisory positionssupervisor of convenience stores, district manger and most recently the director of automated ordering and inventory control. He will be supervising all facets of the grocery and dairy/frozen food departments within Redner's Warehouse Markets.

He will be responsible for implementing inventory controls, establishing and meeting budgeted goals within each of the listed departments. He will also be responsible for monitoring the quality control of all grocery products distributed through Redner's distribution center and secondary suppliers.

Redding, Pa.-based Redner's Markets, an employee owned company, currently operates 40 Warehouse Markets and 12 Quick Shoppes throughout eastern Pennsylvania, New York and Maryland.
