Rutter’s Opens Its 88th Store

Location in Aberdeen, Maryland, is the convenience-store chain’s third this year

Rutter’s opened its 88th location today, at 1051 S. Philadelphia Blvd., in Aberdeen, Maryland. It’s the convenience-store chain’s third opening of 2024. 

The location is more than 10,250 square feet, is open 24 hours a day and will feature Rutter’s food menu.

It has 12 auto-fueling positions and five commercial fueling lanes, offering Rutter’s Top Tier certified gasoline, Supreme 93 gasoline and Rutter’s Premium Diesel. The store offers the traditional grades of gasoline, along with ethanol free, Unleaded 15 and flex fuel. The forecourt also offers premium auto diesel, kerosene and off-road diesel. For commercial drivers, high-speed truck diesel and in-lane diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) is available.

Additionally, this location features a CAT Scale.

The new store employs 50 people, with new team members’ wages starting at $18 per hour.

With the opening of the new store, Rutter’s Children’s Charities is donating $1,000 each to The Boys and Girls Club of Harford & Cecil; Harford Volunteer Fire and EMS; and Harford Community Action.
