Jerrold Eaton New Senior Pricing Strategist at PFSbrands

Addressing pricing solutions, promoting growth key roles for executive at foodservice provider

HOLTS SUMMIT, Mo. — Jerrold Eaton is the new senior pricing strategist at PFSbrands, brought on by the foodservice provider to drive innovative pricing solutions and aid in the promotion of regional growth, the company said.

“We are excited to bring someone with Jerrold’s experience into this new role that is so critical to the future growth of our company,” said Shawn Burcham, founder and CEO at PFSbrands, Holts Summit, Mo. “Jerrold’s experience will allow PFSbrands to provide even greater support to our operators as we migrate through the current inflationary challenges and position our brands for long-term success.”

Eaton has worked for CSM/H.C. Brill, Tucker, Ga., a global manufacturer and supplier of baked goods, leading the department in analyzing ingredient cost. He worked on wholesale pricing with customers such as Starbucks, Walmart, Harris Teeter, Cinnabon and others. He also developed pricing methods for customers including PFG, Sysco and US Foods.

Eaton has held titles including business analyst, financial analyst, marketing analyst and pricing analyst for food manufacturing companies and quick-service restaurants (QSRs).

Eaton spent the last eight years working for Church’s Chicken as senior manager of business intelligence. His role encompassed marketing analytics, menu management (costing, pricing and product testing), financial planning and consumer insights.

PFSbrands is the parent company of foodservice brands including Champs Chicken, Hangar 54 Pizza and BluTaco. These turnkey hot food programs, along with several of the company's other licensed and private-label brands, can be found in more than 1,800 convenience stores and supermarkets across the United States.
