BONHAM, Texas -- A Kwik Chek Food Stores Inc. convenience store in Bonham, Texas, is the newest Chester's Chicken location.

Owned by franchisee Kevin Smartt, the location will be operated by John Hines. "We believe fresh prepared foods are the future of successful c-store operations" saidSmartt. "Adding Chester's to our existing food concepts allows us to strengthen our position of becoming a food destination."

Kwik Chek, based in Bonham, currently operates 31 c-stores in northern Texas and southern Oklahoma.

The Kwik Chek location will serve both lunch and dinner customers, [image-nocss] offering Chester's signature menu options, which include Chester's fried chicken, potato wedges and biscuits. The Bonham Chester's will also feature both dine-in and carryout options as well as catering trays.

Among the first citizens of Bonham to try out Chester's catering trays and delivery was the local school board, the mayor and city council members during their recent meeting.

Chester's International LLC offers quick-service restaurant (QSR) concepts with more than 1,500 Chester Fried licensed and Chester's franchised locations.
