DENVER -- Tres Picosos LLC has hired Anissa Henry as director of development and senior burrito promoter. In her new role with the branded Mexican food purveyor, Henry will help expand the company’s burrito lines and build out its restaurant concept.

Denver-based Tres Picosos offers branded authentic Mexican food to the convenience-store and foodservice channels.

Henry has more than a decade of retail experience. In her last role at J.D. Carpenter Cos. Inc., West Des Moines, Iowa, she managed several Denver-area 7-Eleven stores as operations manager.

Henry is tasked with growing the Mucho Mucho and Tres Locos burrito lines. She will also further develop Naughty Chile Taqueria, Tres Picosos’ licensed restaurant concept for made-to-order Mexican.

“We are genuinely thrilled to have Anissa join our Tres Picosos team,” said Jane Hartgrove, president of Tres Picosos. “I can’t imagine anyone better suited to promote our burritos and grow our brands. Anissa helped us launch the Tres Locos burrito line exclusively for 7-Eleven when she was on the retail side, so she’s a fantastic brand ambassador here on the supplier side. Plus her birthday is Cinco de Mayo.”
