7-Eleven Veteran Joins Casey’s Team

ANKENY, Iowa — Brad Haga this month joined Casey’s General Stores Inc. as the chain’s vice president of merchandising.

Haga, who has 17 years of experience with Irving, Texas-based 7-Eleven Inc., will report to Casey’s Chief Merchandising Officer Tom Brennan and will oversee Casey’s merchandising strategy, including product assortment, pricing, promotion and more.

“Casey’s looks forward to Brad joining the merchandising team and helping Casey’s ensure our stores are offering guests affordable choices, and ensuring new and favorite items are always available,” Brennan said.

Most recently, Haga led the category management and pricebook teams for the integration of acquired stores from 7-Eleven’s acquisition of Sunoco

Casey’s General Stores, Ankeny, Iowa, is No. 4 on the Top 40 update to CSP’s 2019 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by number of retail outlets. CSP will release the complete 2020 list in June.
