Which Convenience-Store Brands Have the Best Customer Service?
By Brett Dworski on Dec. 14, 2017BOSTON -- Buc-ee’s has the highest convenience-store customer-service ratings in the nation, according to a new GasBuddy report. The “perfect pit stop” mobile app compiled its top c-store rankings based off each brand’s ability to assist customers and create a pleasant overall experience, traits that were rated in more than 2 million customer reviews.
The Lake Jackson, Texas-based chain wasn’t the only thriving brand, however. QuikTrip and Wawa were both the top-rated customer-service brands in six states, the most by any store brand. Lurking close behind were Chevron and Cumberland Farms, leading customer-service ratings in five and four states, respectively. Brands needed to have at least 20 locations in a state to be included in the analysis.
