ASTORIA, N.Y. -- Sabra, a manufacturer of Mediterranean dips and spreads, has announced a distribution agreement with 7-Eleven Inc. More than 400 7-Eleven stores will offer Sabra To Go, individual servings of authentic Mediterranean hummus with crunchy ready-to-dip crackers in a separate compartment. The spread will be available at 7-Eleven in two flavorsClassic and Roasted Garlic.
Sabra To Go Classic flavor hummus was first introduced to 7-Eleven customers earlier this year. The product proved so popular, the manufacturer said, that 7-Eleven has added [image-nocss] the Roasted Garlic flavor. To Go may be found in the fresh food section of participating 7-Eleven stores.
Astoria, N.Y.-based Sabra makes a variety of Mediterranean dips and spreads that are certified kosher and vegetarian. The company is also an importer of snacks and foods from Israel.
