Twice Daily convenience stores relaunched its rewards app with updates intended to improve the customer experience.

"Our rewards app is now better than ever," the chain said in a promotion. "It's simple to track your rewards progress in our beverage and bakery clubs, place orders and claim special offers."

Other highlights of the new app include:

  • A new, customizable interface that can be instantaneously updated without app updates, allowing Twice Daily and its White Bison cafe to communicate information rapidly and easily.
  • Points can be earned on every purchase and used to redeem free merchandise. Guests will find it easy to track and manage their rewards progress in the new Rewards Catalog, the company said.
  • Mobile ordering allows for placing orders and paying in-app, as well as selecting a pickup time.
  • Guests can claim special offers, including offers on age-restricted products for those of legal-age.
  • The club's award loyal customers a free drink or bakery item after seven purchases.

Owned and operated by Nashville, Tennessee-based Tri Star Energy, Twice Daily has been serving Middle Tennessee communities since 2011 and expanded to the North Alabama market in 2019.

  • With 158 stores, Tri Star is No. 49 on CSP’s 2022 Top 202 ranking of c-store chains by number of retail outlets.
