Sprinkles transformed a popular convenience-store snack into a feisty dessert. The cupcake chain’s Sprinkles Flamin’ Hot Cheetos cupcake is baked with vanilla cake, cored with crushed Cheetos and topped with white cheddar cheese frosting and a dusting of crushed Flamin’ Hot Cheetos.
