7-Eleven Stores in Canada to Carry drank

Innovative Beverage Group forges distribution deal through PX Enterprises
HOUSTON & WINNIPEG -- Innovative Beverage Group Holdings Inc. has announced that its proprietary product drank is now available at 7-Eleven stores in Canada. The 7-Eleven distribution deal was made possible through a partnership with PX Enterprises Ltd., a Canadian brand and management company responsible for bringing U.S. products over the border to Canada.

"We have anxiously been waiting to provide drank to our eager Canadian consumers," said Peter Bianchi, CEO of Innovative Beverage Group. "When we began receiving customer service calls and noticed a 'Petition To [image-nocss] Get Drank Beverage In Canada!' Facebook group calling for drank availability, we knew we had to work hard to get this deal done. By working with such a prestigious company, such as PX Enterprises, widely known for their dedication and support in launching and distributing new products, as well as 7-Eleven, an internationally recognized brand, we give ourselves a great opportunity to share our Extreme Relaxation beverage with Canada."

PX Enterprises, Winnipeg, Manitoba, operates as a brand management, brokerage and distribution company, the primary focus of which is to elevate interest in the products it represents by generating sales and maintaining fortified business relationships with local companies and companies abroad. PX Enterprises has worked with many products ranging from confectionery; snacks; juices; and energy, functional and New Age beverages.

Innovative Beverage Group, Houston, engages in the distribution and wholesale of products in the New Age beverage category. The company recently launched its first proprietary product, drank. Dubbed the world's first "Extreme Relaxation beverage," drank was created to induce a natural calming and soothing effect when consumed; drank is a lightly carbonated grape-flavored beverage formulated with natural calming agents including melatonin, rose hips and valerian root. drank is sold in purple, 16-oz. cans bearing the slogan "slow your roll" and is available in convenience and grocery outlets.

Innovative Beverage Group began operations as a distributor for beverages including Jolt, Rock Star, Crystal Geyser, Sweet Leaf tea, Arizona Ice tea and Volvic Water. Although the company continues to distribute many of these well known brands in the greater Houston area, the expansion of its proprietary product division has become the focus business model.

7-Eleven licensee 7-Eleven Canada Inc. is based in Surry, B.C. Dallas-based 7-Eleven Inc. operates, franchises and licenses approximately 7,000 stores in the United States and Canada.
