Kwik Trip's 5-Peat: Best U.S. Gas Station Brand

Kwik Trip is the best gas station brand in the United States for the fifth year in a row, according to the 2024 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.

The Wisconsin-based, family-owned company operates in more than 800 locations, serving customers in Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.

Kwik Trip’s bakeries “make more than two dozen different types of items each day, and all milk is sourced from dairy farms within a 100-mile radius of La Crosse, Wisconsin,” USA Today wrote.

A USA Today panel of experts partnered with 10Best editors to select the initial nominees, and readers determined the top 10 winners by popular vote.

Making this year’s top 10 gas stations across the country was Texas pitstop Buc-ee’s. While Baltimore-based Royal Farms earned the No. 4 spot on the list, the convenience-store chain is the winner for best gas station food in the United States, according to the 2024 USA Today 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards.
