Damian Wyatt, director of merchandise sales and category management at MAPCO Express, Franklin, Tennessee, talks about how he keeps his team feeling safe and motivated, with an eye on growth, amidst great transition

For some, it might have felt like an insurmountable amount of change. But for Damian Wyatt and team, it became another opportunity.

In this episode of At Your Convenience, we discuss the ways in which he helped make his team feel safe, motivated and inspired. And he talks to us about what’s next on the horizon for the dynamic convenience-store retailer.
