Majors Management

Majors Management was one of the most active acquirers in convenience in 2022, completing three significant acquisitions and earning its first mention on CSP's Top 202 list. The chain owns more than 100 c-stores and operated 60 under a variety of banners.

In November, Majors acquired 10 Chevron-branded convenience stores and other assets from Morgan Oil Co. of Nacogdoches, Texas. In December, Majors completed two transactions. The first was a 13-store acquisition from Maritime Energy. The stores are located in midcoastal Maine. The second was the acquisition of 21 fee-owned, company-operated convenience stores located in western Michigan from Davis Oil Co. of Battle Creek.
