GSP POPs The Pantry

Designs retailer's coffee campaign re-launch

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- GSP Marketing Technologies Inc. (GSP), a leader in strategic marketing at the point of purchase, said that The Pantry, which operates 1,642 in 11 states across the Southeast, has re-launched a coffee campaign designed, produced and distributed by GSP.

The Pantry decided to re-launch the coffee program and came to GSP to develop new creative design. The campaign has reintroduced the convenience retailer's "New Great Tasting Coffee" in one of its markets. Plans are now underway to deliver this re-launch to the rest of the markets in the near future.

"[image-nocss] Without GSP's dedicated team and focus, we could not have delivered on the quick turnaround that was demanded and provided," said Robin Vaughn, category manager of marketing for The Pantry. "Our coffee re-launch in the Raleigh market has started off in the best way possible and GSP's creative teams did a fantastic job."

Steven Cohen, director of creative services at GSP Marketing Technologies, said, "It was a great project for GSP. It was an opportunity to showcase our creative and branding capabilities and get the project completed in a very short amount of time."

GSP's Creative Services department focuses on providing "brand-functional" designs. With expertise from both creative and industrial designers, GSP provides retailers a single source for creation of new and re-image branding projects that help to improve and create a new in-store experience for consumers.

Headquartered in Cary, N.C., The Pantry is one of the largest independently operated c-store chains in the country. Its stores operate under banners including Kangaroo Express, its primary operating banner.

GSP Marketing Technologies is based in Clearwater, Fla.
