Playing off the whole winter-warmup angle—as well as National Soup Month—Panera is rolling out two new toasted Sourdough Melts: Bacon Avocado and Southwest Chicken.

The first (left) includes applewood smoked bacon, fresh avocado, smoked gouda, everything bagel seasoning blend and chipotle aioli. The second (right) features smoked pulled chicken, smoked gouda, red onion, cilantro and chipotle aioli.

The sandwiches are available as a whole or half.

“New Sourdough Melts are crafted on Panera’s signature Country Rustic Sourdough, expertly toasted to showcase the feel-good flavor of classic grilled cheese that pairs perfectly with Panera’s signature soups this National Soup Month,” the company said.

When one of these sandwiches is purchased for $8.99, a cup of soup can be added for $1 for a limited time.
