Additech partners with Joe Gibbs Driven

HOUSTON Additech Inc., creator of a at-the-pump marketing and distribution system of branded fuel additives, has teamed up with Joe Gibbs Driven, the automotive aftermarket arm of Joe Gibbs Racing. Additech will use No. 20 Home Depot Chevrolet champion crew chief Greg Zipadelli as a spokesperson for its product line and for the launch of its new product, Peak Performance.

Peak Performance was designed to keep newer vehicles performing at their peak by reducing upper cylinder friction and cleaning up deposits throughout the entire fuel system.

Additech operates its system at nearly 1,500 fueling positions across 18 states at major fuel center retailers. The company said it expects to have the systems installed at more than 2,000 fueling positions in more than 450 sites by yearend.

Joe Gibbs Driven is the automotive aftermarket division of Joe Gibbs Racing, currently fielding three NASCAR NEXTEL Cup Series teams, three NASCAR Busch Series teams and a NASCAR Weekly Series team. Its driver lineup consists of Tony Stewart, Denny Hamlin and J.J. Yeley in Nextel Cup, Hamlin, Yeley and Aric Almirola in Busch, and Marc Davis in the NASCAR Weekly Series.

Based in Huntersville, N.C., and owned by Joe Gibbsa three-time Super Bowl-winning coach, a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and current coach of the Washington RedskinsJoe Gibbs Racing has competed in NASCAR since 1992, winning three Cup Series championships and over 50 NASCAR races, including two Brickyard 400s and the 1993 Daytona 500.
