Hahn Lends a Hand

New regional manager joins Convenience Valet

MELROSE PARK, Ill. -- Walter Hahn has joined the Convenience Valet team in the position of regional account manager, responsible for overseeing accounts in the western United States.

Hahn has more than 25 years' experience in the convenience store and grocery store trade. He comes to Convenience Valet from the Solaray Corp., and previously worked at Navajo Manufacturing Co.

Melrose Park, Ill.-based Convenience Valet, a division of Mechanical Servants Inc., provides blister packaging for small and trial-size consumer productsoffering [image-nocss] both open stock and counter displays. It currently offers more than 500 different SKUs, it said. The Convenience Valet line offers color-coded cards, by category for easy merchandising.

The division specializes primarily in convenience stores but added grocery in 1998 and drug in 2000.
