JTM Expands Sweet Snack Portfolio With Cookies-n-Milk Acquisition

JTM Foods LLC, an Erie, Pennsylvania-based handheld snack pie brand, revealed that it is acquiring Cookies-n-Milk, a producer of sweet snacks based in McKinney, Texas.

JTM Foods, which makes sweets such as fruit- and cream-filled snack pies, mini pies and crispy rice treats, aims to expand its offerings across sweet baked goods categories, according to Monty Pooley, president and CEO of JTM Foods.

“Cookies-n-Milk is an excellent fit with the JTM portfolio, further enhancing JTM’s position as ‘the best choice’ in sweet goods for our consumers, retail partners, employees and investors,” said Pooley.

Cookies-n-Milk manufactures edible cookie dough bites along with a range of bake and sell cookie dough, fresh baked cookies, brownies, blondies and doughnut holes.

JTM Foods is based in Erie, Pennsylvania, and produces single serve and mini pies, as well as crispy rice treats that are sold through a variety of retail channels including grocery, mass merchandise, convenience, dollar and club.
