Reese’s Launches New Candy-Bar Format

HERSHEY, Pa. — In its ongoing effort to find of new ways for consumers to enjoy the combination of peanut butter and chocolate, the Hershey Co. is rolling out another addition to the Reese’s product family. The new Reese’s Peanut Crunchy Bar is the same peanut butter and chocolate combo Reese’s is known for, but now with peanuts and peanut-butter creme to give the bar a crunchy and creamy taste, according to the company.

The launch of the Peanut Crunchy Bar is the latest in a string of Reese’s line extensions, which have included Organic Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, Reese’s Snack Cake, Reese’s Big Cup With Pretzels and limited-time-offer Reese’s Ultimate Peanut Butter Lovers Cups, among others.

The Reese’s Peanut Crunchy Bar will be available in retail stores nationwide in a 3.2-ounce king size with a suggested retail price (SRP) of $1.89.
