BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. — In what it calls an effort to inspire some kindness, convenience retailer Stewart’s Shops has reintroduced a limited-edition ice cream flavor it calls Civility. Through Jan. 16, customers can get a single scoop of Civility to share with the purchase of a single cone.
“People seem more frustrated and stressed than ever before,” the company said. “Stewart’s Shops would like to relieve some of that frustration with Civility Ice Cream.”
Civility Ice Cream, which the retailer first unveiled in August 2018, is also vanilla ice cream with a salty caramel swirl. The retailer is also encouraging those who buy a scoop of Civility to post a photo on social media using #ShareCivility.
“A scoop of Civility makes everyone’s day a little sweeter,” the retailer said. “Together we can help to spread civility and kindness in our communities.”
