Former c-store exec joins recruiting firm

FORT MYERS, Fla. -- Brian Wright, managing partner of Executive Leadership Solutions, has announced thatDavid A. St. Clair has joined the company as a senior executive recruiter.

St. Clair has been in the convenience store industry for more than 30 years, starting with the Majik Market chain, then progressing to Island Food Stores, Farm Stores as well as starting up and owning his own c-store chain, CyMark Inc.

He grew up in a military family and traveled over the world, graduating high school in Germany. He joined the Navy (Seabees) [image-nocss] Construction Unit during Vietnam and ended up his service in Jacksonville, Fla. He has operated in every aspect of the c-store business, from operations, marketing, QSRs, oil changers, car washes, construction and design, transportation, bulk plants and everything in between, Wright said.
