OKLAHOMA CITY “ Software provider FACTOR, a division of W.R. Hess Co., added six companies to its customer base during the second quarter.

JK Petroleum Inc., Staten Island, N.Y.; EZ Energy USA Inc., Mansfield, Ohio; Lewis & Raulerson Inc., Waycross, Ga.; Draper Energy Co. Inc., Wilton, N.H.; The Spencer Cos. Inc., Huntsville, Ala.; and Dozier Oil Co., Thomasville, Ala., purchased FACTOR ExecuTrak, a Microsoft Windows-based business management software system designed to streamline operations and improve productivity for wholesale and retail [image-nocss] petroleum marketers.

In addition to selecting FACTOR ExecuTrak as their core business management system, EZ Energy USA, Lewis & Raulerson, The Spencer Cos. and Dozier Oil also selected FACTOR™s convenience store automation module, StoreTrak. FACTOR StoreTrak is a secure, web-based backoffice c-store system offering scanning and inventory management features. By harnessing the speed and convenience of the Internet, FACTOR StoreTrak provides closer management of store operations at the corporate level, leading to more control, improved margins and increased profits, it said.

Five of the companies, JK Petroleum, Lewis & Raulerson, Draper Energy, The Spencer Cos. and Dozier Oil, chose FACTOR E-Trak to further streamline their financial operations. E-Trak automates invoice entry, EFT preparation and credit card memo processing and reconciliation, saving companies time and eliminating the possibility for human error, said the firm.

Oklahoma City-based FACTOR provides petroleum marketing and c-store companies with accounting, c-store, retail, wholesale and fuel management automated business solutions. It offers a roster of modular software solutions powered by the FACTOR ExecuTrak corporate system.
