Love’s Launches Order Ahead Service at Its Arby’s Locations

Customers can use the Love’s Connect app to order online

Customers can now order ahead at more than 100 Arby’s locations inside Love’s Travel Stops through the Love’s Connect app. The new service was launched in partnership with Bite, a New York-based digital ordering software company. 

Love’s is also planning to add this feature to its other quick service restaurant (QSR) partners including more than 130 Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s. Love’s partners with 19 QSRs at its travel centers, and announced earlier this year that it was adding Whataburger to its lineup. 

To order ahead at Love’s Arby’s, customers can order through the Love’s Connect app on their mobile device, specify their preferred pick-up time (up to one hour ahead), pay online and then collect their order from a restaurant team member when it’s ready.

“Love’s new order ahead option enhances the overall dining experience by ensuring customers get their orders quickly and accurately,” said Joe Cotton, vice president of food service for Love’s. “We’re committed to continually investing in our customers’ experience, and order ahead is a big step in that direction.”

Through April 4, customers who order ahead on the Love’s Connect app will get a free Classic Roast Beef sandwich, with a $10 minimum purchase.

Love’s Ravel Stops & Country Stores was founded in 1964 and has 655 travel stops and convenience stores in 42 states. It provides services and products for professional drivers, fleets, four-wheel customers, RV drivers and more.
