ARVADA, Colo. -- Carwash systems maker Mark VII Equipment Inc. has announced the appointment of Rhett Fleming as director of key account development.

Fleming joins Mark VII from AIR-Serv Group, a supplier of air and vacuum machines to the automotive industry, where he spent 16 years in sales and sales management roles. Based in Minneapolis, he is responsible for developing and executing Mark VII's strategy for major corporate accounts, including oil companies, convenience store chains and big-box retailers.

I'm excited to have [image-nocss] Rhett on our team, said Craig Campbell, vice president of product development and strategic business at Mark VII. Although new to the carwash segment, he has spent his entire career developing key account relationships with major oil companies and other large players in the retail petroleum business, both of which are core markets for Mark VII. His depth of experience and fresh perspective will be invaluable to our sales efforts in this arena.

Based in Arvada, Colo., Mark VII is a wholly owned subsidiary of WashTec AG of Germany, a leading supplier of solutions for the carwash business worldwide. The combined companies have a global installed base of more than 30,000 units and sell a complete line of touchfree and friction rollover, self-serve, truck and tunnel carwash systems, as well as ancillary products and services.
