SAN JOSE, Calif.-- PureSmoke LLC., a manufacturer of electronic cigarette products, has named Curtis J. Farkas as its new national sales director. In this position, Farkas will be responsible for territorial development and strategic growth. Farkas will be based in Phoenix Arizona.
"Curtis has a wealth of experience in CPG and Tobacco segments. The relationships that he has successfully cultivated combined with his leadership aptitude will play a significant role in the company's long-term growth strategy. Farkas' 30 years of experience includes 10 years with Prime Time International Co., where he held the position of director of national sales. His key responsibilities included the development and implementation of growth strategies and sales team management.
Prior to Prime Time, Farkas held several sales and managerial positions with U.S. Smokeless Tobacco Co., a subsidiary of Altria Group.
San Jose, Calif.-based PureSmoke distributes its e-cigarettes throughout North America in local retail and tobacco shops. Its patented design prevents leakage, which it said is a common user complaint.
