QuikTrip, Tulsa, Oklahoma, is in the middle of a remodel of its coffee bar, moving to whole-bean coffee that will be freshly brewed and adding fresh cold condiments in a cold well. In addition, QuikTrip is adding a tap system, still in the test phase, that will contain fresh lattes, mochas and nitro-infused cold brew.
The chain’s cold-brew coffee has been ground, steeped and held cold for 12 hours to make an extra smooth coffee over ice. It also offers several frappe versions, including French vanilla.
