Royal Farms will install 30 DC Fast Chargers at more than a dozen of its stores throughout Maryland and Delaware. The c-store chain is working with Blink Charging Co. to install the 180kW DC fast charging units at six locations and 60kW charging units at 12 locations, with a total of 60 charging ports.

“Our collaboration with Blink Charging ... will expand charging capabilities to much of our network and delight our customers,” said Tom Ruszin, fuel and environment leader for Royal Farms. “Royal Farms looks forward to working with Blink on building out the EV charging network in the mid-Atlantic region.”

As of late November, the chain already had five sites in the Baltimore area with EV chargers, according to its website.
