Red Tree Beverages is releasing three Minute Maid Spiked Flavored Wine Cocktails in the spring.

The ready-to-serve wine cocktails further “The Coca-Cola Co.’s deliberate and disciplined experimentation in alcohol in the United States,” Red Tree Beverages, a firewalled subsidiary of Atlanta-based Coca-Cola Co., said.

Each of the three flavors, Lime Margarita, Strawberry Daiquiri and Pina Colada, is 13.9% ABV and comes in a 1.5-liter multi-serve bottle.

“Minute Maid Spiked is an innovation born from the insight that a large percentage of legal-drinking-age consumers are regularly mixing Minute Maid and other non-alcohol juices and juice drinks with alcohol, making the new wine-based offering a no-brainer for those looking for a refreshing, convenient take on popular cocktails,” Red Tree Beverages said.

The new Minute Maid Spiked brand will take “the fussiness out of making popular cocktails through the new wine-based cocktail that’s ready-to-serve with the quality you’d expect from the Minute Maid brand,” the company said.

In late 2022, Coca-Cola created a federally permitted subsidiary, Red Tree Beverages, to develop and manage its alcohol beverage business.

The division is “firewalled” from the Atlanta-based company’s non-alcohol business “to appease regulators who may have concerns over slotting fees, non-alcohol beverage incentives to retailers, category management and other blurring of the regulatory lines,” according to a report by beverage industry resource ProBrewer.
