Alto-Shaam Has Expanded Sales & Marketing Team

Changes will spur growth in c-store, supermarket segments

MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. -- Foodservice equipment maker Alto-Shaam has announced changes and additions to the sales and marketing team. Todd Griffith recently moved to vice president of sales, Jeff Mote joined the company's domestic sales team as vice president of national accounts for retail and Kellee Johnston was promoted to Alto-Shaam's director of marketing.

Griffith will lead the company's culinary resources team, as well as continue to be integral to corporate strategic planning with focused efforts on sales execution and business development in the eastern United States. He has spent the past 18 months leading the functional development and integration of the company's marketing support resources group.

Mote joins Alto-Shaam with more than a decade of industry experience in the retail and commercial foodservice equipment industry. He will work alongside Brian Zornes in developing company sales strategy and business development and growth in the retail supermarket and convenience store business segments.

Johnston has been promoted to director of marketing and is responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing and brand positioning strategies. She has been with Alto-Shaam since July 2013 as the marketing manager, where she has lead the company's brand positioning, global digital marketing strategy, website redesign, inbound marketing and new product development, as well as being involved in the company's overall strategic planning.
