Stewart’s Shops is offering five new ice cream flavors this spring—as well as bringing back a fan favorite.

These limited-time flavors from Ballston Spa, New York-based Stewart’s Shops are available at all its convenience stores in a cone, milkshake, sundae or hand-packed pint.

  • Stewart’s Shops is No. 23 on CSP’s 2024 Top 40 Update to the 2023 Top 202 ranking of U.S. c-store chains by store count. Watch for the full 2024 Top 202 ranking in the June issue of CSP magazine and in CSP Daily News.

The flavors are:

Boston Cream Dream: Inspired by a doughnut, Boston Cream Dream is a Boston cream doughnut-flavored ice cream with a chocolate swirl and pieces of pound cake.

Brownie Cheesecake: This is a marriage of creamy cheesecake ice cream and brownie batter swirls with a kicker: rich brownie pieces.

Hip! Hip! Churr-ay! This ice cream is made with a horchata ice cream and a decadent Mexican chocolate swirl with cinnamon churro pieces.

Peanut Butter Pie: For all peanut butter lovers, Stewart’s popular Peanut Butter Pie ice cream is returning to the cone counter. This customer favorite is peanut butter ice cream with a chocolate cookie crumb swirl and peanut butter cups.

Tropical Passion: This offering pairs creamy coconut ice cream and a passionfruit swirl, conjuring images of a cool island breeze.

Win Place Dough. Stewart’s Shops calls this “a decadent combination of our award-winning chocolate ice cream with a caramel swirl and cookie dough pieces.” The flavor is available just in time for the kickoff of the 2024 horse racing season and as the Belmont Stakes prepares for its debut June 8 in Saratoga Springs, New York, just a few miles from where Stewart’s ice cream is made.

Founded in 1945, Stewart’s Shops is an employee- and family-owned convenience-store chain known for its milk, ice cream, coffee, Easy Food meals and other convenience items. There are 357 Stewart’s Shops in upstate New York and southern Vermont.
