Cumberland Farms Rolls Out Farmhouse Blend Iced Coffee

Retailer offering iced coffee for free on Fridays from May 7 through June 4
FRAMINGHAM, Mass. -- Cumberland Farms yesterday announced its kickoff to summer with a brand new Iced Coffee made from its Farmhouse Blend recipe. The company's medium roast is now available chilled. It is also offering any sized coffee, hot or iced, for 99 cents.

The chain is offering the iced coffee for free on Fridays from May 7 through June 4, it added.

"Our customers have been telling us they prefer Farmhouse Blend on ice in the warm weather. After months of preparation, now is the perfect time to reveal our updated, delicious ice coffee at a great price," said [image-nocss] Ari Haseotes, president of Cumberland Farms Retail Division.

Customers can customize their iced coffee, too, selecting from 10 different flavor shots such as vanilla or hazelnut. The new Iced Farmhouse Blend is available at all participating Cumberland Farms stores across the Northeast and Florida.

The retailer introduced Farmhouse Blend in late 2008 after six months of researching, testing and tasting blends with its coffee roaster to create a new taste.

Framingham, Mass.-based Cumberland Farms operates a network of retail stores, gas stations and a support system including petroleum, dairy and grocery distribution operations spans 11 states across the Northeast and Florida.
