"Betsy is a respected leader inside and outside of Chevron,” said Joan Toth, president and CEO of NEW. "Her keen dedication to our mission to recruit, retain and advance women in the consumer-products and retail industry is unsurpassed. She’s a true change agent, and her leadership is invaluable.”

Hosick joined Chevron in 1996 and has served in roles of increasing responsibility, including global group category manager, marketing; vice president of Foodini’s Inc.; manager of convenience-store retailing; general manager of midstream procurement; and general manager of strategic capability.

She has received numerous awards, including the coveted Chairman’s Award recognizing her as "Better than the Best,” and industry awards recognizing her as an innovative leader in category management.
