The new stores feature Parker’s “made-from-scratch” food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and other convenience items, including grab-and-go food options and a hot bar with convenient electronic kiosk ordering. Both stores feature 19 fuel dispensers.

Parker’s Kitchen isn’t the only convenience-store chain expanding into new markets in the South. Tulsa, Oklahoma-based retailer QuikTrip confirmed with CSP on Wednesday that it’s entering the Florida market. “QuikTrip is in the early planning stages of entering Pensacola, Florida,” Aisha Jefferson, the convenience-store chain’s corporate communications manager, told CSP, “with hopes of beginning construction in spring of 2026.” It plans to open other unidentified sites in the Sunshine State even sooner.
