What C-Store Customers Value Most

Convenience stores don’t always get credit for the quality of their food. But when asked what attribute they value the most from these retailers’ foodservice offerings, taste and flavor of the food rises to the top, according to Technomic’s Consumer Brand Metrics study.

What follows are the most important attributes and the c-stores who earn guests’ highest ratings, shown as a percentage of those who rate the retailer as good or very good, comparing all consumers with millennials.
