Rutter’s Extends Menu With Customizable Toppings

Customers can now put their own spin on sides with bacon, jalapenos, BBQ sauce and more

Rutter’s Made For You food menu has expanded once again, this time with the addition of Build Your Own Loaded Sides.

Customers can now put their own spin on fries, hashbrowns and pierogies by adding a variety of proteins, condiments, toppings and sauces.

The customizable toppings include bacon, chicken, chili, cheese, jalapenos, onions, ranch, BBQ sauce, hot sauce and more.

In the past few months, Rutter’s has been on a roll with its foodservice program updates. It added new menu items in June, such as Kickin’ Chicken and Waffles, The Donut Breakfast and Grilled Mac & Cheese. It also brought back seven Spam-focused menu items. Additionally, the York, Pennsylvania-based chain revamped its foodservice packaging in August, and it added new beverages, including refreshers and Red Bull Smoothies.

Rutter’s is a privately held chain of convenience stores based in York, Pennsylvania. It operates 84 locations in Pennsylvania, Maryland and West Virginia.
