RedPrairie Names Juliano President

Hiscox transitions to chairman, international operations

ATLANTA -- Global supply chain and retail technology provider RedPrairie Corp. has announced that Martin Hiscox, president of the international division, intends to resign his operational role by the end of May. As a result, Joe Juliano has been appointed president of the entire RedPrairie organization, reporting to CEO Mike Mayoras.

Hiscox will continue to serve as a board member and an ambassador for RedPrairie in the role of chairman of international operations.

"Martin's leadership and expertise have been instrumental in guiding RedPrairie to global market leadership in supply chain management and retail technology," said Mayoras. "The board and I are pleased for him to remain as a board director, which allows RedPrairie to continue to leverage his knowledge and experience. Since Joe joined our organization, I have been impressed by the impact he has had on our Americas business--resulting in double-digit growth in license revenue and delivering a new historical high for our bookings."

Juliano joined Atlanta-based RedPrairie in 2010 as President of the Americas. Under his leadership, the company launched new customer satisfaction initiatives, strengthened its partner network, and increased its focus on industry markets. Upon Hiscox's transition in May, Juliano will assume responsibility for sales, services, alliances and field operations globally.

"This is an exciting moment in the life of RedPrairie," said Juliano. "We work at the intersection of supply chain and retail at a time when both segments are transforming themselves. RedPrairie is in a unique position to lead that transformation. I'm looking forward to meeting more of RedPrairie's customers around the world, and discussing how we can partner to deliver on that promise.

Juliano has more than 20 years of experience with technology companies. Prior to RedPrairie, he was the CEO of PrimeRevenue Inc., a leader in supply chain finance. He has also served in senior-level software sales executive and management roles at Ariba Inc., Freemarkets Inc., Metiom (formerly Intelisys) and Telesis Software Inc.

"I've had the pleasure of working with Joe over the last two years, and am confident he brings the right combination of commercial acumen and operational focus required to serve our customers," said Hiscox. "My journey with RedPrairie is far from over. During the next several months, Joe and I will collaborate on my transition, and I am happy to remain engaged with the Board's strategic initiatives."
