Risser Oil in Smart Antenna Trial With iSIGN Media

Installs system to broadcast coupons to shoppers' mobile devices at four Rally Stores

CLEARWATER, Fla. -- Risser Oil Corp. has forged a deal with iSIGN Media Solutions Inc., a leading provider of interactive mobile advertising solutions, to install Smart Antennas into four of its franchisee locations that are affiliated with Rally Convenience Stores.

Clearwater, Fla.-based Risser markets Rally Stores, Mobil, Exxon, Shell and BP petroleum products throughout west-central Florida, with a mix of corporately owned and franchised operations.

iSIGN has completed the installations into the four Rally locations, and the stores have scheduled a trial to run for 90 days. During this period, iSIGN's Smart Antennas will broadcast coupons for gasoline discounts, car washes, drinks and snacks to shoppers' mobile devices.

Risser Oil chose locations in Largo (2), Clearwater and Pasadena, Fla.

"I have had iSIGN's Smart Antennas installed in my location for about a week and have been very impressed with their results," said Hany Zaki, the franchise owner at one of the Rally c-stores in Largo. "The units were easy to install and my customers have been reacting very favorably to receiving messages when in proximity to my station."

"Based on our success with National Oil in Indiana and Ohio, we fully expect Risser to become our second gas station/convenience store network," said Alex Romanov, iSIGN's CEO. "We are looking forward to a successful trial and to a potential installation into 100 outlets at its conclusion."

He added, "Once the trail is successful, the Risser locations will become a part of the National Mobile Network that is managed by GraphicMedia Inc., our master distributor for the Americas."
