Alimentation Couche-Tard Inc. is putting 25 Mac’s, Circle K and Couche-Tard convenience-store sites on the market in Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and Saskatchewan in Canada. These sites are in addition to the 68 stores Circle K is offering in the United States.

Of the 25 sites, six sell fuel and the balance are convenience store only.

Couche-Tard has retained NRC Realty & Capital Advisors LLC (NRC) to coordinate and manage the marketing and sale of the sites, along with Paracom Immobilier. This is NRC’s fourth sale for Circle K in the last three years.

“We have some good business opportunities in this offering which will be of interest to individual operators and smaller businesses,” said Evan Gladstone, NRC’s executive managing director. “We have five stores in Alberta and the balance in Ontario and Quebec.”

The stores selling fuel are all offered without fuel supply and all stores are being sold without convenience-store brand.

NRC has set the bid deadline for Jan. 9, 2024. Interested parties may get store locations and additional information by going to the sale website at or by calling NRC at (800) 747-3342 ext. 2306, or Paracom Immoblier’s Renee Spenard (512) 839-3227 or David Provost (512) 222-1414.

Paracom Immobilier is a full-service commercial real estate brokerage company based in Montreal. Its retail mandates, both on the tenant mandate side and landlords and developers, services the urban markets in major Canadian cities and suburban developments of the market in investment sales and leasing of commercial properties, industrial properties and sales of multi-residential apartments and development opportunities.

Chicago-based NRC provides real estate and financial advisory services to the c-store and petroleum industries in North America. Those services include portfolio evaluation and analysis; portfolio and single-site store sales and merger-and-acquisition (M&A) advisory services.
