Bells of Hope

Wilson Farms, Sugarcreek supporting Salvation Army campaign

WILLIAMSVILLE, N.Y. -- Wilson Farms, Sugarcreek and Wilson Farms Xpress stores throughout New York are ringing in the holiday season with Bells of Hope, a month-long fundraiser to support The Salvation Army.

Beginning Dec. 10, 2006, and running through Jan. 7, 2007, Wilson Farms customers may purchase miniature red Salvation Army bells for $1. These miniature keepsakes can be used as holiday decorations.

All proceeds raised during the Bells of Hope fundraiser will benefit The Salvation Army. The Salvation Army provides food, shelter, [image-nocss] clothing, job training and many other services to people in need throughout the year.

This holiday season we are asking our customers to help us play an active role in the community by purchasing a miniature Salvation Army bell at any of our 198 locations throughout the state, said Paul Nanula, president and CEO of Wilson Farms Inc., Williamsville, N.Y. At Wilson Farms, it's important for us to support local nonprofit organizations and we are happy to partner with The Salvation Armyan organization that always steps up to the plate when our community is in need. The generosity of our community always impresses me and we hope that through the spirit of giving this holiday season our customers will continue to lend a hand for this great cause.

Wilson Farms currently owns and operates 198 Wilson Farms, Sugarcreek and Wilson Farms Xpress convenience store and gas station locations across the state of New York.
