Clark Partners With Home Depot, Glidden

Brand-specific paints to be available to retailers

NAPERVILLE, Ill. -- Clark Brands has entered into a partnership with Home Depot and ICI Glidden Paints. Under the arrangement, paints for Clark's brand image will be available at Home Depot stores nationwide under formulas developed exclusively by Glidden and blended to Clark's specifications.

We believe this new partnership with Home Depot and Glidden further enhances the value of the Clark brand for our licensees, said Karl Goodhouse, Clark's president. Clark licensees, their dealers and contractors/installers will benefit from national pricing and [image-nocss] the simplicity and convenience of getting high-quality, commercial-grade Glidden paint from any Home Depot in Clark's 20 state market area.

Clark Brands is in the process of communicating the details about the program to its licensees and plans to finish program introduction during May, it said.

Naperville, Ill.-based Clark Brands owns the Clark family of brands. The company licenses the Clark gasoline brand and the Four Corners Coffee brand to independent petroleum marketers and retailers in 17 states.
