MODESTO, Calif. -- Gas-station and convenience-store chain Cruisers has announced the launch of its redesigned website and a new mobile app in partnership with GasBuddy OpenStore.
The new and improved website, www.cruiseincruiseout.com, features enhanced navigation and a design that reflects the Cruisers brand. The Cruisers app allows users to access exclusive deals and the latest gas prices. Customers can also play the in-app game for a chance to win prizes that can be redeemed at any Cruisers location.
“GasBuddy OpenStore has given us the opportunity to communicate with our customers in a more effective and measurable way,” said Scott Castle, vice president of retail operations for Boyett Petroleum. “We are excited to have a world-class app and website that improve our bottom line.”
The GasBuddy OpenStore solution allows retailers to control the content of their mobile app and website from one place. Cruisers will also have access to comprehensive analytics, giving it maximum control over digital marketing.
“Cruisers keeps their customers first in mind. That’s where GasBuddy OpenStore comes into play,” said Tony Chidiac, vice president of retail for GasBuddy OpenStore. “Using OpenStore’s intuitive platform, Cruisers is able to provide customers with a targeted digital experience to increase customer loyalty and drive traffic into stores”
Boyett Petroleum, an independent fuel supplier and c-store service provider based in Modesto, Calif., owns and operates seven Cruisers locations.
