Customer receives $1,000 in loyalty sweepstakes

SUFFOLK, Va. -- Miller's Neighborhood Markets has presented loyal customer Linda Santaniello of Suffolk, Va., $1,000 in cash as the Easy Rewards tag holder and winner of this quarter's National $1,000 Sweepstakes sponsored by Outsite Networks.

She won this prize for signing up for Miller's Neighborhood Market's Easy Rewards program and using her loyalty tag at her local store.

Miller's launched the rewards program at the end of September 2006 and has registered more than 45,000 customer key tags at its 37 sites.

Our service, fresh guarantee and our Easy Rewards program are what set us apart from other convenience stores, said President Jeff Miller. Free gas, merchandise and fresh food and beverages are just a few ways we can reward our loyal customers for using our stores.

To date, Miller's has given away more than $70,000 in rewards to its loyal customers.

Miller's Neighborhood Market's Easy Rewards program is powered by Outsite Networks' In-Touch Loyalty Marketing System. The system uses digital audio at the pump to communicate with consumers. Outsite Networks also provides a quarterly national sweepstakes reward for consumers that participate in it's retailers programs.

Miller Oil Co., Norfolk, Va., is parent company to Miller Heating Oil, Heating and Air-Conditioning and Miller's Neighborhood Markets convenience stores.

Outsite Networks, also based in Norfolk, is a provider of loyalty marketing technology specifically for the convenience retail industry. The company's In-Touch loyalty marketing system technology is used by more than 75 retailers to operate loyalty programs at more than 1,500 sites with 15,000 audio TouchPoints. The company's technology allows retailers to offer consumers real-time incentives and 1:1 digital audio messages at the pump and inside the store based on consumer purchase history, basket and demographics. The technology currently supports more than two million loyalty consumers and has measured more than 600 million transactions, issued more than 15 million rewards, and plays more than 40 million audio messages to 20 million consumers every month.
