SAN MATEO, Calif. Punchh, a digital loyalty program provider for convenience-stores and other foodservice businesses, has added three software industry veterans to its ranks of executives.

Raju Malhotra, Punchh’s new chief product and technology officer, brings more than 20 years of experience having served most recently as senior vice president and general manager of marketing cloud at Salesforce. Previously, he served as chief product and technology officer at Vista Equity Partners-owned company Khoros and worked at Microsoft for 12 years,  culminating in his position as Director of Microsoft Online. The addition of Malhotra marks another expansion to the company’s leadership team following the previously announced appointments of Don Wight to CRO and Anish Mehta to CFO in 2019.

As CRO, Wight leads all customer-facing organizations including sales, marketing, customer success, and business development. He previously served as CRO at software companies including Demandbase and Jaspersoft. As CFO, Mehta is responsible for the finance, professional services, human resources, information technology and operations functions and previously served as CFO at Clover, and in finance and operations roles at First Data, CBRE and Credit Suisse.

Malhotra, Wight and Mehta will all be based out of Punchh’s headquarters in San Mateo, Calif.

Punchh is on track to add 70 new team members in 2020 to support growth. The company has also opened additional engineering offices in Toronto, Canada, and Chennai, India.

“Anish, Don and Raju bring incredibly deep experience and a proven history of taking fast-growing technology companies to the next level," said Shyam Rao, co-founder and CEO of Punchh. “We are very excited to welcome them to the team and will leverage their collective expertise to propel Punchh through its next phase of growth.”
