TIO Networks Appoints New COO

Overturf succeeds Sanders

BURNABY, B.C. -- TIO Networks Corp. (TIO), an automated bill payment and financial services network, has announced the appointment of Randy Overturf as TIO Networks' new COO. Overturf succeeds James Sanders.

Overturf joins TIO Networks with more than 25 years of operations, field service and support, project management leadership, network operations and customer service experience. Most recently, he spearheaded the design, development and implementation of software and kiosk installations at Mediaport Entertainment Inc., while managing the recruiting, [image-nocss] hiring and training of key team members in all departments of the organization.

As vice president of customer service with Integrated Healthcare Systems in Kent, Wash., Overturf was instrumental in designing and building a strong support team enabling a fast paced growth plan for sales.

During his time at Coinstar Inc., Overturf built the field service department to more than 300 employees and more than 10,000 locations. Overturf served in a variety of positions including national field service manager, director of national field operations and vice president of field operations. He successfully increased customer satisfaction and retention by establishing a customer call center, instituting customer satisfaction programs and standardizing recruiting processes and training curriculum.

Burnaby, B.C.-based TIO Networks is building a national multi-retailer network of financial services kiosks for the cash-preferred' consumer marketplace in North America. The company has more than 1,000 locations in association with corporate-owned convenience store chains.
